Opening a Dispute
Only logged-in users can open disputes. Navigate to the Dispute tab on the contact page, fill in order details, and submit your issue.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued based on the transaction status and type of dispute. Eligible cases include items not delivered, damaged, or wrong items received.
Processing Time
Refunds or dispute resolutions typically take 3–7 business days. Admin may request additional information to verify claims.
